More information about the registration process
The 3rd Helmholtz Sustainability Summit is an internal event and can only be attended by employees of the Helmholtz centers. All employees of the Helmholtz Association are addressed who are interested in sustainable development in their center, who are looking for a start or who would like to obtain comprehensive information, network or exchange ideas.
Registration takes place online via the relevant registration page. This is provided by the DLR framework contract partner BESL Eventagentur GmbH & Co. KG. We ask you to fill in the fields of the registration form completely and correctly. Registration can only be made via the registration link in the invitation letter. Please choose:
• Participation in presentations at the DLR site in Cologne-Porz
or
• online participation via a virtual event platform.
Registrations without making a selection are unfortunately not possible.
How to log in correctly:
1. Enter contact details.
2. Agree to the terms and conditions.
3. Send.
4. After receiving a registration confirmation, you are entitled (depending on your selection) online or
participate in the face-to-face event.
Note: The places on site as well as for the digital workshops are limited and will be allocated after receipt of the registration - i.e. according to the "first-come-first-served" principle.
Registration opens on July 18, 2022 and closes at 12:00 on August 26, 2022.
After the registration period has expired, you can only register personally by sending an email to vms@dlr.de.
Participation in the 3rd Helmholtz Sustainability Summit is free of charge!
Services on-site participation:
• Participation in the Helmholtz Sustainability Summit on September 1, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to September 2, 2022, 3:00 p.m
• incl. workshop participation in presence (only limited places available)
• Conference drinks on September 1st and 2nd, 2022
• Participation in the get-together on September 1st, 2022
• Lunch on 09/02/2022
• as well as participation in the digital wrap-up of the event on October 20, 2022
Service Online participation via virtual event platform:
• online participation in the Helmholtz Sustainability Summit on September 01, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to September 2, 2022, 3:00 p.m.,
• Possibility to participate in the virtual workshop (only limited places)
• as well as participation in the digital wrap-up of the event on October 20, 2022
If you are unable to attend, please remember to cancel your participation – whether on site or online – as soon as possible. Send your rejection directly to vms@dlr.de. Thanks very much!
Conditions of Participation
By receiving the confirmation of registration, which entitles you to participate in the hybrid event, you agree to the conditions of participation. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person registering is aware of and accepts these Terms. By completing the registration on behalf of someone else, you warrant that you have made the participating person aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
